About Me

Greetings!  My first experience using clay was in back in College.  As an elective class, we explored many important historical properties, especially the cultural aspects.  Artists have used clay for thousands of years and to this day, clay is still widely used to make beautiful pieces of art.

Clay is such an incredible medium to create art.  The flexibility of clay allow you to hand build and wheel throw.  When you work with clay, you can carve on it, build sculptural pieces, it can be functional and non-functional, so the ideas are endless.
